About this Service

Stony Brook Medicine operates many wired networks for the communication of all systems (computers, servers, printers, clinical devices, etc.).  The wired network infrastructure includes the jacks on the wall, switches and other technologies to provide the communication between the devices. 

On the right you will find selections to allow you to order a new network jack or request assistance with an existing jack.  You can also report a building/site/floor network outage or connectivity/performance issues with a single computer.  Lastly, you can request advanced features such as a dedicated network/VLAN for new projects or initiatives.   Please use the buttons to the right to choose the appropriate support item.
