About this Service
Stony Brook Medicine operates several WiFi networks for different purposes throughout our sites.
If you are a user trying to connect your personal device to a WiFi network to access the Internet, please use the link BELOW to find instructions on how to do so.
For all assistance, please see the selections to the right.
If you need assistance with a single laptop/mobile phone/tablet not connecting to the WiFi network, please choose, “Assistance with WiFi Connection (on Device)”.
If you have issues with many devices connecting to WiFi in an area, please choose, “Report WiFi Issues/Outage (for Group/Area) to the right.
If you need to request WiFi in a new building/location, report a damaged access point (AP) or need to troubleshoot an issue with a special clinical device, please use the buttons to the right to open a ticket.
Please note that these selections are for WiFi and NOT cellular signal issues. If you are having issues with cellular coverage or cell-phone use, please see Mobile Device category on a prior menu.
