About this Service

Citrix is a web-based gateway that allows computer workstations to access applications via a web browser, on demand, to any device. Citrix is hosted and maintained by multiple teams under the SBMIT umbrella.

Citrix is a necessary component to numerous platforms currently used at Stony Brook Medicine.  Remote Access  to published applications (link below) requires Citrix to be installed on the endpoint PC.  Additionally, all clinical "SSO" workstations use Citrix to access clinical resources.
