Adobe Acrobat
The main function of Adobe Acrobat is creating, viewing, and editing PDF documents. It can import popular document and image formats and save them as PDF. It is also possible to import a scanner's output, a website, or the contents of the Windows clipboard

Microsoft Copilot  ($390/yr)
An AI-powered assistant from Microsoft, it uses advanced generative AI to answer questions, summarize documents, brainstorm ideas, and generate images. It is also integrated into Windows and Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to streamline your workflow.

Microsoft Visio  ($34.58)
Visio lets you transform complicated text and tables into visual diagrams that communicate information at a glance. There are many kinds of Visio diagrams, including organization charts, network diagrams, workflows, and home or office plans.
