The annual Option Transfer Period for Graduate Student Employees ends on December 31, 2025. During this time employees can:
- Change from Family to Individual coverage while dependents are still eligible.
- Change from Individual to Family coverage (late enrollment provisions will apply).
- Newly enrolling in the SEHP plan (late enrollment provisions will apply).
- Voluntary cancellation of coverage while you are still eligible for coverage.
- Change your PTCP election from pre-tax to after-tax or after-tax to pre-tax (changes reflected in the 1/14/26 pay check).

To make a change, you must complete form PS404G and submit here with any required proof documents here.
If you do not wish to make any changes to your health insurance plan, your benefit election will remain the same in 2026.
