For all new
IDX Scheduling
providers & locations that need to be setup in both IDX and Cerner.
Additional Information
Any issues with patient care on applications/systems, such as Cerner, Eclipsys or PACS,
SHOULD NOT
be submitted through the IT self-service portal.
