About this Service

A Cerner Provider Pool is used to collectively control communications between providers and other entities, such as hospital departments, other providers, or patients.  Providers are added to specific Pools in order to allow their messages to be seen and addressed by other members of the Pool.

When placing a request for a new Pool, please be sure to specify a Team Lead, and provide as much information as possible.

Additional Information

Any issues with patient care on applications/systems, such as Cerner, Eclipsys or PACS, SHOULD NOT be submitted through the IT self-service portal.
