About this Service

Cerner mPage Reach allows Community physicians and staff to view their patients at Stony Brook Medicine. This solution is accessed from the Internet at a website (linked below).

In order to add and/or remove provider access to this tool, please open a request using the offering to the right.

Additional Information

Any issues with patient care on applications/systems, such as Cerner, Eclipsys or PACS, SHOULD NOT be submitted through the IT self-service portal.
