About this Service

The Cerner Optimization request allows end-users the ability to request modifications or enhancements within the Cerner applications.  An end user may believe that something should be changed, altered, edited, and/or added to improve documentation. These applications include PowerChart, FirstNet, Ambulatory, Inpatient, BMDI or any other EMR related issue.

Please take care of fill out the request form completely, with all requested information. An SBMIT team member will be in contact if more information is needed. Changes are taken through a decision making process as most changes affect many end users

Additional Information

Any issues with patient care on applications/systems, such as Cerner, Eclipsys or PACS, SHOULD NOT be submitted through the IT self-service portal.
