About this Service

The Radiology department at Stony Brook Medicine utilizes a wide array of equipment to support patient care, including standard desktop computers and diagnostic workstations.  Additionally, several types of medical equipment are used to support patient care and are supported by our Radiology IT department.  Modalities like this would include CT and MRI.
