5/1/25: Last day to request a quote for Non-Standard equipment.
5/9/25: Last day for orders placed to be funded from FY 24/25 funds. Any orders placed after that date will be funded with FY 25/26 funds.
About this Service
A Quote Request is sometimes needed, prior to purchase, to show pricing of desired equipment. Additionally, all non-standard equipment requires a quote to be obtained before purchase. You will be asked to describe the non-standard equipment you are requesting, as well as provide justification for the request. Please note, SBMIT cannot guarantee the support of non-standard hardware.
All purchases, as well as non-standard requests, are subject to approval by departmental leadership.
