This guide gives step-by-step instructions for setting up network copy machines using the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) on MacOS devices.  

Step-by-Step Configuration Guide

1. Go to Printers & Scanners:
   Open System Settings, choose Printers & Scanners from the sidebar, and click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...

2. Choose the IP Tab:
   Click the Globe Icon (IP tab) at the top of the Add Printer window.

3. Select the IPP Protocol:
   In the Protocol drop-down menu, select Internet Printing Protocol - IPP.

4. Enter the Printer IP Address:
   Type the copy machine’s IP address in the Address box and click Add.

5. Finish Setup:
   Wait for MacOS to configure the printer settings, then click OK when prompted.

6. Check the Installation:
   After the printer connects successfully, it will appear in the Printers list under Printers & Scanners.
