SBUHR – Culture and Engagement is thrilled to invite you and your child to participate in Bring Your Child to Work Day 2026! This exciting experience is designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
This year’s theme, “Dare to Be the Future,” highlights the limitless potential of today’s youth and encourages children to imagine the endless possibilities of tomorrow. Through hands-on activities and engaging experiences, participants will gain insight into the world of work while discovering how their unique talents can help shape the future.
Please take a moment to complete the registration form so we can ensure an enriching and enjoyable experience for your child.
Space is limited to 50 participants. Submit your registration as soon as possible.

SUNY Training: All volunteers are required to complete the Stony Brook University's Child Protection Training registration form.

Background Check: Volunteers must pass a background check.

Event Overview: There will be a virtual Volunteer Meeting at 10 am on Friday March 20, Wednesday March 25 and Monday March 30th, 2026,. Meeting ID: 932 9239 2318. Passcode: 047445. If you are unable to attend this meeting, please email me to schedule an alternate time. Additionally, please ensure you have received your supervisor’s approval to volunteer for the event.
Attached is the Covered Person/Covered Activity Acknowledgment Form, which must be completed by every volunteer. Kindly fill it out and return it to Human Resources ATTN: Michalina Witek - BYCTWD at your earliest convenience.
