New Employee Buddy Program Commitments
By participating in the Buddy Program, I agree to:
☑️ Connect with my assigned new employee buddy at least biweekly for a period of 3 months.
☑️ Provide informal guidance on university culture, norms and available resources.
☑️ Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of my buddy.
☑️ Encourage questions, offer support and promote inclusiveness.
☑️ Participate in brief check-ins or surveys to help assess and improve the program.
☑️ Notify the program coordinator if issues arise or if I am unable to continue my participation.

Participants can expect to commit approximately 60 minutes per session, totaling 4–6 hours per month over the 3-month duration of the program.
