What You’ll Do
- Attend 4 interactive training sessions led by campus subject matter experts
- Be paired with a new employee for their first 90 days
- Provide support, connection, and guidance to help them navigate campus

New Employee Buddy Program Commitments
By participating in the Buddy Program, I agree to:
- Connect with my assigned new employee at least biweekly for a period of 3 months
- Provide informal guidance on university culture, norms, and available resources
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of my buddy
- Encourage questions, offer support, and promote inclusiveness
- Participate in brief check-ins or surveys to support program improvement
- Notify the program coordinator if I am unable to continue participation
