Request an accessibility workshop for faculty in your academic department through the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT).
Workshops are scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis, and must be scheduled at least 14 days prior to the session. Departments requesting an in-person workshop are responsible for booking the space on campus.
For every workshop, we ask that department chairs attend a brief consultation prior to the session to discuss the structure, format, and content you're seeking.
Note, there are training opportunities available to support the long-term development of accessible digital content. We strongly recommend sharing this page with faculty prior to your session.
If you are a student filling this out and have a physical, psychological, medical, or learning disability that may impact your course work, please contact the Student Accessibility Support Center, Stony Brook Union Suite 107, (631) 632-6748, or at sasc@stonybrook.edu. They will determine with you what accommodations are necessary and appropriate. All information and documentation is confidential.
