PDF Remediations

What Is It?

Request assistance with PDF remediation through the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT).

Note, not all PDFs can be remediated without a visual change to the document:

  • Any changes to the document's color scheme is to ensure sufficient color contrast.
  • Any PDF that cannot be remediated will be converted to an accessible Microsoft Word document.

If you are a student filling this out and have a physical, psychological, medical, or learning disability that may impact your course work, please contact the Student Accessibility Support Center, Stony Brook Union Suite 107, (631) 632-6748, or at sasc@stonybrook.edu. They will determine with you what accommodations are necessary and appropriate. All information and documentation is confidential.
