What Is TeamDynamix (TDx)?

TeamDynamix is a SaaS Cloud solution that offers automated workflows, real-time dashboards, task visualization, centralized collaboration, and time tracking to streamline work processes and improve productivity.

How Do I Use It?

We’ll meet with you and your team to understand your key objectives, demonstrate the application, and discuss customization options that fit your needs. From there, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward. If you do, we’ll schedule a series of meetings at a cadence that works for your team to support onboarding, and we’ll continue meeting until you’re fully comfortable using the application.

Once onboarded, your team, will be able to take advantage of the following TDX applications:

  • Tickets leverage streamlined processes for Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management and make use of reporting tools to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) important to you and the Support Group(s) you manage.​
  • Client Portal provides a self-service catalog, self-help articles, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Assets/CIs (if desired)  track inventory and focus on the financial aspect of a physical IT component, along with capturing operational usage, impacts to service, and logical relationships between Assets and Configuration Items (CIs).

Who Can Use TeamDynamix (TDx)?

SBU DoIT provides TeamDynamix support to any team at Stony Brook and includes:

  • Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Continual Service Improvement
  • Project and Portfolio Management (if desired)
  • Knowledge Management (if desired)
  • Asset and Configuration Management (if desired)
