What Is It?
The university is current using Cisco VoIP phones. Cisco IP Phones change the communications experience, adding new collaboration modes to VoIP, such as HD voice, video, conferencing, and wireless. The Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology allows the user to make voice calls over broadband internet, rather than through a traditional, analog connection. VoIP phone can look just like a traditional office desk phone.
